Data collection platform
We run SurveyToGo®, a professional CAPI/CAWI platform certified under ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR-compliant, and hosted on AWS infrastructure. Automatic GPS capture for every household interviewed, audio recording and photo evidence, offline capability for areas without connectivity, and secure data synchronization.
Proprietary dashboard
An in-house monitoring system that pulls field data via API and displays it in real time: progress by city and quota, response rate by block, interviewer productivity, and incident alerts. Because it's built in-house, we own the source code, and any module can be adapted to a client's needs at any point in the project — including read-only access for auditors.
